"Kahlua"
1993 - 2009
When I think of "Kahlua", all I can
do is smile. I can only remember all
of the good times that we at
Keshlyn got to spend with her over
the past 16 years. She had been
coming to us since she was first
born and stayed with us recently
just before she passed away. Every
time I looked at Kahlua, there was
always that spark in her eye, even
in her old age. I can honestly say
that she was a true best friend. My
prayers are with her family as they
go through this hard time. I know
personally that I will miss seeing her
walk through our front door with
her own bowls (she prefered her
own bowls!) and she always led me
back to her run in the kennel. She
will be missed by all of us at
Keshlyn.I will continue to think of
seeing her happy face and that
spark in her eyes and that will leave
all of us with a smile.x
I always looked forward to getting that phone call from
Mrs. Figg to ask me if we had room for Cody to stay with
us. I always knew the routine, he came in with his
sheepskin mat and his white rope toy and of course he
had to have his bowl. I became very close with Cody
over the many years he stayed with us. Just like he had
a bond with his family, there was a bond with Cody and
myself. He had his unique personality that I grew to love.
As he got older, he still had that same bond with me. His
parents worried that with his age, we might not want to
board him but that was far from the truth. I will miss
taking care of him. He became part of the Keshlyn family
a long time ago and he will be missed by all of us.
"Cody"
"Bentley"
There was never a time
that I can remember when
Bentley wasn't wagging
his tail and waiting to
give lots of kisses to you
or whomever was
around. He was the most
loving dog! Over the
years he became part of
our Keshlyn family and
he will be missed by all
of us. He was a very loyal
and dear companion. His
friendly smiles, kisses,
and tail wags will be
missed.
