HOLIDAY HOURS 2012

We do maintain a cancellation policy during the holidays. We will call to confirm your
reservation and exact drop off and pick up dates around two weeks prior to the holiday.
Over Thanksgiving and Christmas, we must have a valid credit card number (even for
regular customers) to hold your spot. Your credit card will not be charged, it is simply to
hold your spot and will only be used if you fail to follow our cancellation policy. You must
cancel at least 5 days prior to your scheduled drop off date. If you fail to cancel 5 days prior
to your drop off date or do not show, your credit card will be charged for a 3 nights stay.  If
you do not wish to give a credit card number, you can send in $54.00 (full price for 3
nights stay) as your deposit. If you give a credit card number and fail to meet our
cancellation policy, we will charge that credit card a full three night stay or if you sent in
cash or check, we will keep it for our cancellation policy. Otherwise cash or check will be
applied to your boarding fee. Also, if you pick up two or more days prior to your scheduled
and confirmed pick up date, you will have to pay for the entire stay you booked with us.
We have had to implement this policy due to the rising amount of no shows and/or last
minute schedule changes during holidays.

with you pets.*** If you don't label your belongings then
we will mark them with your last name.

Please look carefully at our holiday hours as they change during holidays. We shorten our office
hours during these busy times in order to have more time to give your pet the best possible care.
When the office is closed, we have more time to give your pet the individual attention that they
need to keep them happy and comfortable while spending the holidays with us. Thank you for your
understanding.

***PLEASE DROP OFF AT LEAST 30 MINUTES BEFORE WE CLOSE*** WE
UNDERSTAND YOU WANT TO SPEND EVERY LAST MINUTE WITH  YOUR PETS BUT IT
MAKES IT MORE STRESSFUL ON YOU AND YOUR PET(S) IF YOU WAIT UNTIL THE
LAST MINUTE. WE LIKE FOR YOUR PET TO HAVE TIME TO ADJUST TO THEIR NEW
ENVIRONMENT. PLEASE RESPECT AND TRY TO FOLLOW THIS POLICY***

***IF YOU KNOW THAT YOU ARE GOING TO BE IN AN EXTREME RUSH WHEN
DROPPING OFF YOUR PET(S), PLEASE CALL AHEAD AND WE CAN DO THE
PAPERWORK BEFORE HAND TO EXPEDITE THE DROP OFF PROCESS. WHEN WE ARE
BUSY, YOU NEED TO ALLOW UP TO 20-30 MINUTES WHEN DROPPING OFF. THAT IS
NOT USUALLY THE CASE BUT WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT THERE WILL BE NO
WAIT WHEN DROPPING OFF***
***We have limited the brands of dog and cat food that we
carry. So, please call ahead to make sure that we have the
brand of food that your pet eats or if one of the brands we do
offer is okay with you to feed your loved one. WE STRONGLY
ENCOURAGE YOU TO BRING YOUR OWN FOOD. ESPECIALLY
IF YOUR DOG OR CAT HAS A SENSITIVE OR NERVOUS
STOMACH. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN FOOD TO ENSURE
NO UPSET TUMMIES!!!
