Hours Of Operation
You can pick up any time during our hours of operation, but we do ask that
you drop off at least 30 minutes before we close to give us plenty of time to
get your pet settled in. We understand that you want to spend every last
possible minute with your animal before dropping them off, however,
please do not show up right at closing time to check your animal in.
Experience shows us that when you drop your animal off for boarding, the
less stressful you make this experience for your animal, the better your
animal will adapt to it's new surroundings and the more time your animal
will have time to bond with us during it's first day if you don't wait till we
are closing to drop off. If you drop off earlier in the day, this also allows
you to call and check on how your dog or cat is doing before you leave town
versus rushing in right before we close which means you will more than
likely already be out of town when you call the first time to see how they are
doing. We want you to feel comfortable leaving your animal with us so
please listen to our suggestions so that you will find yourself confident
leaving your loved one in our care.
Please allow plenty of time when you are checking in. We apologize for any
waiting that you have to do but we want to get the correct and accurate
information on every animal with us and that means not rushing through the check
in process. I am sure you can understand this because you wouldn't want us to
get incorrect information about your animal just because you or someone else is
in a hurry. Also, during the holidays and our busy hours (first thing in the morning
and right before closing) there will usually be a lot of people checking in and/or
picking their loved one up which means that you might have to wait longer then
usual. If you are in a hurry and need to be able to run in the office and check in or
pick your animal up, please call first so that we can get the paperwork together
and get any information that we need over the phone. If you are a new customer,
please allow up to 15-20 minutes for check in and if a regular customer, please
allow 5-10 minutes for check in. Of course, keep in mind that this will vary
depending on if it is a holiday or peak season time
.

POSSIBLE EXCEPTIONS TO NORMAL PICKING UP HOURS

WEDNESDAY HOURS
We realize that on Wednesday's when we close our office at 12:00, picking up later in the day might fit YOUR schedule
better. We cannot promise that we can always do this, but, if you ask if you can pick your animal up later, and if this works
with our schedule and employees on that day, then we will arrange to open up at a predetermined time which is usually
between 5:30pm and 6:00pm for you to pick up.
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEE!!

SUNDAY HOURS
We also realize that a lot of you get back on a Sunday, when our office is closed all day, and that you would like to pick your
animal up on that Sunday. If this works with our schedule and our employees, you can ask to pick up on a Sunday. IF THIS IS
POSSIBLE, you will still have to pay for that Sunday night and we have to arrange a exact pick up time which is usually in the
morning around 9:00am or the afternoon around 5:30pm. Everything must also be pre-paid when dropping off. Once again,
we cannot guarantee that we can do this but if you ask we will see what we can do for you.

***THESE EXCEPTIONS TO THE NORMAL PICK UP HOURS DO NOT APPLY ANYTIME THAT A
WEDNESDAY OR A SUNDAY FALLS OVER A HOLIDAY OR ANOTHER PEAK PERIOD. THIS IS A
STRICT POLICY AND IT WILL NOT BE CHANGED FOR ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. FOR EXAMPLE, IF
OUR OFFICE IS CLOSED ON A MONDAY BECAUSE IT'S A HOLIDAY, THERE WILL BE NO PICK
UP'S ALLOWED ON THAT SUNDAY BEFORE OUR OFFICE IS CLOSED THAT MONDAY DUE TO
THE HOLIDAY. YOU WILL EITHER HAVE TO PICK UP ON THE LAST DAY THE OFFICE IS OPEN
BEFORE WE CLOSE FOR THAT HOLIDAY SEASON OR YOU WILL HAVE TO PICK UP THE NEXT
DAY THE OFFICE OPENS AFTER THE HOLIDAY. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT DURING THESE
BUSY TIMES, OUR KENNEL IS AT FULL CAPACITY AND OUR STAFF IS WORKING EVEN
HARDER THAN NORMAL TO MAKE SURE EVERY ANIMAL RECEIVES THE BEST CARE
POSSIBLE. ALL OF OUR YEARS OF EXPERIENCE HAS SHOWN THAT IT IS BEST TO KEEP A
FULL KENNEL ON A STRUCTURED ROUTINE IN ORDER TO KEEP THE ANIMALS AS HAPPY
AND CONTENT AS POSSIBLE.***
